Wellhouse Design Co.
This site is under construction.
Fully asynchronous. No meetings, no calls, no status syncs.
That's the whole process.

Most months you will. When you don't, pause your plan — you have up to 60 days a year you can use, in any combination. No charge during pauses.
Roughly: one discrete deliverable. A logo. A landing page. A pitch deck. A homepage redesign. A brand guidelines doc. If you're not sure, just write up what you need — Wellhouse will tell you if it's one ticket or several.
Yes. Upgrade for a month if you have a bigger project, downgrade when you don't. Plan changes take effect at your next billing date.
Because the things that make Wellhouse work — the speed, the price, the lack of meetings — depend on the subscription model. One-off projects pull the studio back toward agency mechanics, which is the thing it's built to avoid. If you only need one thing, sign up for one month.
Standard NDA on request, no problem. You own the final work. Wellhouse retains the right to show finished work in its portfolio unless you specifically ask otherwise.
One person. The same one, every time. You'll know who it is. That's part of the point.
48 hours from when a ticket is at the top of your queue and ready to work on. That means meaningful progress — a first draft, a wireframe pass, a set of concepts — not necessarily the finished deliverable. Most things take a few rounds. If a ticket needs clarification, the clock starts when it's clear. Weekends don't count.
You leave comments and revisions on the ticket and Wellhouse iterates. Every round of progress is another 48-hour cycle. Most tickets resolve in 1–3 rounds.
Yes. Anyone on your team can add tickets to your board. Wellhouse just works the top one.
